Video killed the radio star

This project explores how the media can reshape an event to show a more dramatised narrative. The video adapts a newspaper - inspired style, using headlines and print textures to reflect how the story circulated and evolved through press coverage. The edit starts in reality and cuts into a newspaper effect as soon as the event happens. It finishes in a 3D sequence of a broadcast tape feeding into a television displaying blurred news channels, representing the media cycle and the repetition of the event across platforms.
